EffinMagic help
A clear next step, whatever’s holding up your listing.
On My listings, enter the address to start your first listing. If you already have listings, choose New listing. Upload your photos, then open the photo you want to work on.
Describe the result in plain language: “Brighten this room and keep the warm afternoon light.” Keep the request specific to what you can see.
You can start with a single photo and a description. Room organization and drawing tools are optional. Use a mark when you need to point to an exact area.
For a group of photos, review the selected filenames and count before starting. Make sure the request fits every selected photo.
Add a reference in the request area and explain what to take from it, such as the furniture style or wall color. Your property photo is still the starting point.
Only upload images you have permission to use. Avoid personal documents, access codes and other sensitive information.
Open the photo from your listing to see the saved result. Compare lets you check it against the source. Full screen gives you a closer look.
Review doors, windows, fixtures, views and other property details before publishing. An automatic check can miss an unwanted change.
Open the version you want to change, then Make changes. Say what should change and what should stay: “Make the sofa lighter; keep the layout and everything else.”
The new result is saved as another version. Check the source shown in the request before starting, especially when you have several alternatives.
Saved means you can return to that result. Under For your final set, choose Use this version to add it to the set. You can also keep the original as a final.
A newer alternative doesn’t replace your chosen final. You stay in control of the set you deliver.
Review both first. Check the writing against facts you know and compare the photos with the property. Correct anything invented or misleading.
Your brokerage and listing destination may require disclosures for virtual staging and other alterations. Use the appropriate delivery settings and check those requirements before publishing.
Use Download on an open result when you need that one version. To deliver the whole listing, open Final photos and choose one version of every photo.
Download final photos unlocks when the set is complete, so nothing is accidentally left behind. Review the selected photos, then download the package.
Download settings can resize or compress a photo to meet the destination’s limits. A file-size limit may also reduce dimensions.
The saved result stays unchanged. Choose the appropriate delivery profile and check the exported file against your destination’s requirements.
Use Reset password for the email address on your account. Open the newest email link and choose your password. Check your spam folder if the message hasn’t arrived.
Keep the original work tab open if you were editing. Use its Sign in again link when shown, so you can return to that work.
Use the Check action shown beside that request. This checks the earlier request rather than deliberately starting another one. Keep that tab open until the outcome is clear.
Starting a separate change is a separate request. Use it only when that is what you intend.
Return to the listing and read the upload status. Resume or retry the affected files when offered. You may be asked to select the original files again so the browser can read them.
Keep your source files until the upload has finished and the photos appear in your listing.
Photos, completed edits and writing confirmed as saved belong to your account. Unfinished requests can also be kept in the current browser or tab so you can recover from an interruption.
Draft recovery depends on that browser’s storage. Closing a tab, clearing site data or changing devices may remove unfinished work. Wait for the saved confirmation and download anything you need to keep.
EffinMagic stores uploads and saved work and sends the relevant images, references and instructions to AI providers to carry out edits and checks. Only include material you have permission to share for that processing.
If an edit still isn’t right, call Matt. The button opens an email so you can include the listing, the request and what needs to change. Leave passwords, access codes, and other sensitive details out.
