Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective September 10, 2026. It explains how Prairie Dog Labs LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use EffinMagic.

Prairie Dog Labs LLC is a Florida limited liability company and operates EffinMagic. In this Policy, “EffinMagic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Prairie Dog Labs LLC. “Service” means the EffinMagic website, application, AI-assisted photo and writing tools, storage, support, and related features.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide or create while using the Service, including:

1. your email address, authentication information, account identifier, and agreement records;
2. property addresses, listing identifiers, property facts, and room information;
3. photographs, floor plans, reference images, annotations, and other uploaded files;
4. prompts, editing instructions, writing requests, generated listing copy, review choices, and support messages;
5. Outputs, saved versions, delivery selections, and request history; and
6. purchase and billing information if paid features are enabled. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by EffinMagic in full.

We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the Service. This may include IP address, browser and device information, request timing, authentication and security events, error records, feature usage, and provider request or recovery identifiers.

Please do not upload personal documents, access codes, alarm details, financial information, health information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your requested work.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

1. create and secure your account;
2. process your photo, writing, floor-plan, organization, review, and delivery requests;
3. save, display, download, and recover your work;
4. communicate about your account, requests, security, and support;
5. operate, troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the reliability and quality of the Service;
6. prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, and security incidents;
7. maintain accurate usage, transaction, and agreement records; and
8. comply with law, enforce our Terms, and establish or defend legal claims.

We do not use private User Content or Outputs in public advertising, portfolios, demonstrations, or social media unless you separately give us clear permission. Accepting the Terms of Use does not provide that promotional permission.

3. AI processing

EffinMagic uses artificial intelligence to perform requested edits, generate writing, analyze plans or images, and check results. We send the images, references, property details, instructions, or text relevant to a request to the providers needed to perform that request.

AI providers may create and temporarily retain request data, provider identifiers, and Outputs under their own service terms and data practices. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share for this processing. AI Outputs can contain errors or unintended changes, so you must review every Output before using or publishing it.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, fulfill your requests, secure the platform, communicate with you, and handle payments when enabled. Our main provider categories and current providers are:

1. Supabase for authentication, database services, and file storage;
2. Vercel for application hosting, delivery, and operational logs;
3. fal.ai and the model providers it uses for image processing;
4. Anthropic for instruction interpretation, writing, image or plan analysis, and quality checks;
5. GoHighLevel or its delivery providers for account and service communications and customer support; and
6. Stripe for payment processing and billing management when paid features are enabled.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or rights, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business. A recipient in a business transaction would remain subject to this Policy for information received under it until the Policy is changed with appropriate notice.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising or remarketing trackers in the current Service.

5. Cookies and browser storage

EffinMagic uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect account access. The Service also uses browser storage for unfinished requests, upload recovery, review notes, pending request identifiers, and preferences.

Some drafts exist only in the current tab. Other unfinished work may remain in that browser until you clear it. Signing out ends the authentication session, but it does not necessarily erase every local draft or preference. Clearing browser data can remove unfinished local work.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or a third-party product-analytics service. Hosting, authentication, and security providers still create technical logs needed to operate their services.

6. How long we keep information

We keep account information, saved User Content, Outputs, and request history while your account is active so you can return to and recover your work. We keep abandoned upload reservations long enough to support recovery and normally remove them after approximately 24 hours if they are not completed.

After a verified deletion request or account closure, we delete or deidentify account content through our account-removal process unless we need to retain particular records for security, fraud prevention, agreement evidence, transactions, legal compliance, or claims. Those limited records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove encrypted backups or copies held temporarily by service providers. Backups are removed through their normal rotation, and provider copies are governed by the provider's applicable retention process. Copies you downloaded, published, or shared outside EffinMagic are outside our control.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include account authentication, access controls, encrypted network connections, private storage controls, request validation, and recovery records intended to prevent duplicate processing.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also ask for information about the categories of personal information we process and the service providers involved.

Send a request to support@effinmagic.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, authority, and the scope of the request. We will respond as required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may reply to the decision and ask us to review it.

You can clear local drafts and preferences through your browser controls. You can stop receiving optional marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send account, security, transaction, and service messages that are necessary to operate your account.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

9. Information about other people and properties

Property photos and files can contain personal information about owners, occupants, visitors, or other people. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all necessary permission to provide that information to EffinMagic and its service providers.

Before uploading, remove unnecessary personal documents, family photos, license plates, access details, valuables, and other identifying or sensitive information where practical.

10. Children

EffinMagic is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@effinmagic.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Processing locations

Prairie Dog Labs LLC operates from the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws and government-access rules may differ between those locations.

12. External downloads and shared links

You control what you download or publish. Downloaded files remain on the devices and services where you place them. Some sharing features may use an unlisted link; anyone who receives or discovers that link may be able to view the shared material. Do not treat an unlisted link as a substitute for confidential storage.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the Service, our providers, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated Policy with a new effective date. If a material change affects the agreement governing new work, we may also provide notice in the Service or ask you to review and accept updated Terms.
